Consulting 
Many years ago, the College implemented consulting contracts for Cooperatives, State management agencies (Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) and enterprises in the sector. The School also implemented the management consulting for Cooperatives in the suburb of Ho Chi Minh City; consulting the construction project of a pilot commune for Vinh Long Province, the human resource development for Chu Prong Rubber Company, the strategy development for EaH’ Leo Rubber Company of Vietnam Rubber Group, consulting and establishing the solution of labor and salary management system for Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company, and consulting the target development for Vietnam National Seaproducts Corporation (Seaprodex).
